My kids never make a fuss while having rotis or parathas. Sometimes, my youngest loves to roll them up and have them on their own. I make these vegetable rotis now and then, so that they can be equally healthy on their own as well.
All that one has to do is add to the flour, grated carrots, spinach(fresh leaves added to a blender to make a paste), chopped onions, a little oil and salt.
Heat a tsp of oil and add a rolled out roti. Flip over till brown spots appear on both sides.Repeat for all the others.
This roti goes well with almost all vegetable and meat dishes and not to forget, equally great on their own!!!
